We know you have many choices when choosing a dental home, so we have made
requesting an appointment a simple process through our website. We consider all appointments firm when scheduled, however, if a compelling reason arises and you cannot keep a scheduled appointment please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and participate with Delta Dental Premier and Dentemax PPO plans. Leslie Dental Associates we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you.
Payment Options
Payment for services and copayments are expected to be paid at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
